Judge in fatal N.L. case questions whether impaired driving sentences are working

A St. John's judge is questioning whether or not punishments are fitting the crime when it comes to impaired driving. Judge Bruce Short sentenced a man to five years in prison on Friday for a fatal crash in 2023.
