لمدة 90 يوماً .. السماح للسفن الأجنبية بنقل النفط والسلع بين الموانئ الأمريكية مدد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب الإعفاء الذي يتيح للسفن الأجنبية نقل النفط والسلع الأخرى بين الموانئ الأمريكية لمدة 90 يوماً، وذلك في ظل اضطراب إمدادات الطاقة وارتفاع التكاليف، حيث يركز الإعفاء الجديد بشكل أكبر على نقل موارد الطاقة، ويقتصر ذلك على السفن التي تنقل سلعاً مثل البنزين والديزل والنفط الخام وزيت التدفئة والغاز الطبيعي المسال وزيت فول الصويا والأسمدة، كما ستتولى وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية تحديد السفن التي يشملها الإعفاء./ وام
